Information on online dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides an Internet platform for online dispute resolution (also referred to as the ODR platform). This ODR platform is intended to serve as a contact point for out-of-court settlement of disputes in conjunction with contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. We shall endeavor to reach an amicable settlement in case of any disagreements arising from our contract with the customer. Furthermore, we are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure and unfortunately cannot offer participation in such a procedure to our customers.
