ORDER

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value in the RECARO Online Shop.

Where can I see what I have ordered?
You can find an overview of your orders in your user account under My Account – Orders.
Who can I contact if I have any questions about my order? Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am – 04:00 pm and will take care of your request in German or English. Just send us an email at support@recaro-shop.com.

How can I cancel my order?
Please use our Withdrawal Form to cancel your order or contact our customer service (see previous question).

The RECARO Online Shop offers you the following payment methods:

Can I track my order?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number and a link to view the delivery status.

How can I specify a different delivery address?
To have your order delivered to a different address, please select the appropriate option in the order process and enter your desired delivery address.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Yes, delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible.
Simply enter the delivery address as follows: First name, Last name
Street and No.: Packstation XXX (number of the DHL Packstation)
Address addition 1: Your postal number
City: ZIP code and place of the DHL Packstation

 Why can't I order electrical items outside of Germany?
Due to various regulations, we can only ship electrical items such as a power bank or charger within Germany.

 

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

I am not happy with my order, how can I return it?
You can return your order within 14 days. For orders within Germany, the return is free of charge with the return sticker that we have enclosed in your package. Please send returns outside of Germany to ITG GmbH, c/o Recaro / Tor 1, Eichenstr. 2, 85445 Schwaig / Oberding, Germany. Please also note our right of withdrawal.

How can I request a refund?
Within a few days after receiving your returned items, we will refund your money with the payment method you have used for your payment.

How can I create an user account?
To create an user account, click on My Account in the upper left corner and then click on 'Register'.
